I designed a comprehensive GST filing portal from scratch. By understanding the complexities of offline tax filing, I aimed to create a more user-friendly and efficient online solution. I conducted thorough user research, collaborating with businesses to gather insights and refine the portal’s design. In addition, I redesigned the website for Ginesys POS.
